Whitewood Senior Living Group is currently hiring for the following position:

IT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities for the overall performance of in-house computer systems for residential facilities and foster homes, including installation and configuration of new programs, and support and maintenance of existing programs, network systems and internet systems. Systems include, but not limited to, new resident intake and service planning, billing, medication administration and monitoring, medical care scheduling and tracking, resident care task monitoring, resident activity programs, facility maintenance, safety and licensing requirements, and discharge process. Duties: confer with users and management of staff to define computer application system requests; complete design specifications for programs/systems, ensuring conformance to established programming standards and procedures; analysis, design and configuration of programs; analyze and modify existing programs to comply with changes in user requirements or equipment configurations; test and debug programs using valid test data; develop and maintain program documentation as necessary; implement new or modified application systems and ensure end-users are properly trained; and provide high-level technical support, installation, and maintenance on operating systems and selected applications to ensure stable system performance.

Requirements:
